Our Mission
Volunteering can help build skills and C.V’s, or just give you the opportunity to play an important role within your local community. All of our volunteers receive a full induction process, on-going support, access to future job roles with CAP, travel expenses and access to training.

Community transport drivers
Community Action Partnership are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to use their own car to take local people to the doctors, dentist, shopping lunch clubs, etc.
Mileage is paid on a monthly basis
We also need drivers interested in driving one of our accessible vehicles to take people on outings and assist those in wheelchairs who struggle to find transport. Training is provided. Drivers find it a rewarding experience and can gain valuable skills if looking for work.

Passenger Assistants
We are looking for volunteers willing to assist our drivers in taking vulnerable out and about to where they need to go. Training will be provided. It’s an excellent opportunity for people wanting to get into care work. Get in touch to find out more.
